Personally, I have experienced both good/ bad experiences of this place. The second time around, everything was great. The staffs are nice, and incredibly accommodating to others. Just give them some times, and everything will be ok.

I spent 4 weeks in this program. The people are amazing, caring, and well meaning. The facility is clean and well cared for. I had issue only 1 time with one instructional therapist, after she had a bad morning in traffic. Everyone else was outstanding! I highly recommended it.

They have been great with my wife as she recovers. They are all very caring and loving people. Kristi, Carol, Kim, & Kristine are excellent therapists.

The dedicated staff facilitated a nearly miraculous recovery for my 89 year old mother-n-law. This place is spotlessly clean and beautiful. The Physical Therapists are knowledgeable and kind and the directing physician Dr. Kaisler-Meza's professionalism and attentiveness exceeds all expectation.

If they are in inpatient rehab on the 3rd floor you can visit anytime (as long as the patient is agreeable ).
I'm at the TKR, which is the entire sixth floor. Nurse just sent that visitors can come by here 7x24. You can come anytime.
