Excellent teaching. I leave applying principles that allow me to be a better wife, mother, friend, relative, teacher, worker, and volunteer, and while I'm not a fan of rock concerts which the music is, I enjoy the results: a positive mental attitude, insightful life skills, and a deeper spiritual walk.

I was invited to Venture by a dear friend of mine. We agreed to meet for their Saturday evening service (starts at 5pm) and when I arrived to the grounds -- I was blown away by the beauty of the church. There is some level of energy that hits you as soon as you walk through the doors. I was not raised with Christian faith, but most recently have found my want and need to connecting with God's love more. Pastor Lundy did a phenomenal job connecting the Bible to life. His way of storytelling captivated me and also allowed me to tie in the biblical teachings to every aspect of my own life. "Nothing is impossible with God" and "Trust in God. He has a plan and He knows what he is doing." I took away a lot of good reminders and fresh perspectives. The entire community was very welcoming and had nothing by smiles and hugs to offer. I would estimate that there were about 400 people there for the Saturday evening service -- I can imagine that Sunday mornings can get up to 700+ people. What a beautiful thing. Finally, the choir. There are no words to describe them. You have to see and feel it in-person. During some of their songs, I felt "lifted" and really connected to the messaging of the music. It was a transformative experience. I'm looking forward to returning again!

Large Church that preaches the risen Christ! So tempting to want to be a crowd pleasing congregation with a watered down message, especially in this area. Not Venture, the Pastors “rightly handle the Word of truth” in love and grace!

Venture has a welcome feeling. It’s the people that make the church. And people at Venture don’t even make you feel like you’re visiting! It’s always a warmth from everyone around. Plenty of services to choose from. Wonderful kids services also. They also have an area for the Hymnal worship. Not to mention the honor coffee station. Altogether it’s a great Church to feel the Love Of Jesus in the people who’s love shines through.
