The folks here are nice enough and very helpful. Watch out when you get to the counter because they try to rope you in to a Good Sam membership and don't make it clear that it comes with auto renewal. Then when you go online to opt out you are told to call a provided phone number. When the person on the other line answers they tell you that they cannot undo the auto membership at that time and you should call back in a week to undo it. Can you say "shady"? Nice place to shop but read the fine print.

So….. we bought a 2020 Heartland Gateway in 2021. Right now we have mushrooms growing under the bed due to a factory defect of not fastening the frame to the outside of the slide properly. Will the extended warranty cover this.

I was told you were opening May 17th? Are you open? It is 70 miles from my place. No phone numbers listed or message. Management and marketing need to be better trained to be more considerate of customer to keep them notified by a #with a message.
