Staff is very nice but it’s very hard to get a hold of a nurse on the phone, they tell you they will call you back but they never do, when it comes to important things like test results is very infuriating when you can’t get a hold of them.

It’s practically impossible to get a hold of a nurse to see if your test results are ready, I’ve called every day and they’re always busy, leave a voicemail and they never call you back, I just want it’s a simple yes or no if the results are ready for me to pick up, but the front desk ladies can’t give that information, it’s extremely frustrating.

I think this place is great. My calls are always answered promptly, staff is friendly and very helpful. The wait isn't usually very long with or without an appointment. Overall super lovely people.

When I tell you the customer service at this place is awesome it really is!!! The nurses and the receptionists is so helpful and they will do everything in their powers to help you with whatever you are in need of. They deserve more than 5 stars but that was the highest I could give them on here. They're respectful,nice and extremely helpful.
