Buyer Beware! I don't know where to start. I bought three different cars over the years from St Helens Auto. But I would never buy a car there again. There is so much negative I hear from the community. The things people have shared with me about their experience at St Helens Auto are shocking. For legal reasons I'm not going to get into them. Some of them I know for a fact are true, and they are very serious concerns. I would advise anyone buying a car from any dealer to ensure that if they traded in a vehicle that was financed to make sure that it got paid off in a timely manner. Also to make sure that your warranty that was purchased in your finance contract is valid. Same goes if you purchased GAP insurance you might want to call and ensure that your policy is in force. I will share some concerns about the service department because they are documented facts. One new Cherokee went in for it's first oil change and ended up catching on fire after the owner drove it about 30 miles to Portland. A Ram truck went in for an engine replacement and caught on fire shortly after. Both these incidents happen within a few months of each other. There could be multiple reasons for this happening. But it is concerning as it happened twice in a short period of time. I have attached the photos of the burned vehicles as proof. They were taken at the St Helens Auto center service parking lot. Just things the community should know. Do your due diligence. And BUYER BEWARE!

This was one of the best car purchases I’ve ever had with a dealership. I was on a Search looking at different states for a specific Jeep. I came Across St. Helens Auto and sent a message. Brittany replied right away and we texted back and forth, she answered all of my questions and was so sweet and professional. We did a everything over the phone and online. 2 days later I went to pick to pick up my Jeep, it was a 2 hour drive and the Jeep was ready for me. Will had me pre-approved, so when I got there I just had To sign paperwork. Max, she had everything ready, took it for a drive and she answered any questions I had. I was At the dealership for maybe an hour and left with my dream Jeep. Everyone was amazing and helpful. Brittany was wonderful and she checked in with me a few days after getting my Jeep. I highly Recommend St Helen’s Auto!!

A car that I purchased from a dealer in California with only 1800 miles, was shipped to me with a bad engine. Even though I did not purchase the car from St Helens Auto, Monte in the Service Department treated me like I did. They worked diligently with the Chrysler SRT warrantee team to get me a new engine. Car is working well, and I am pleased.

I will never go to another dealership! I Traded my car in for this beautiful car today!! Will and Amanda are amazing and helping me figure out what I wanted and make it happen they are such nice people there and treat their customers first!! I appreciate both of you so much I love my new car!!! 😊
