I’ve been a hand and stone member for 11 years (at other locations). This is the only location where if you call, you’re lucky if someone answers and no one calls back if you leave a message. I once called 9 times to make an appt and no one called back. They also never have any massage slots open. You have to stay on a waiting list or book for two months in advance.

The management is non -existing in this place. I have received amazing facials from Nora so it is shameful that they will be losing a customer because of management. I had an appointment that I had to cancel. I called 2 hours before, no one answered I left a message that I could not make it because I am a nurse and I was called in to work. I was charged $35 anyway. Ok- a policy is a policy. However, I called three times to speak to the manager and I was told she will call me back and never did. How do you treat customers like this? This place needs a new manager. You lost a customer and all you had to do was to return a call-that’s basic customer service the manager clearly lacks. I will take my business to a different location.

I have never had an issue with any of the therapists but the receptionist recently was rude and unprofessional by questioning my loyalty to my therapist who is out on leave. I asked to speak to a manager as of 3 days later I’ve nit received a call back.

The massage was amazing!! The problems I had were with one person at the front desk who was very unfriendly as she greeted me and when she checked me out!! Other staff I dealt with were fine, it was just one individual who, in my opinion needs to be behind the scenes, not dealing with people directly!!
