I purchased a new Tahoe approximately 2 years ago but recently wanted to add some updated features. I went to Maroone Chevrolet and was greeted by both Ronald Colon and Mike Lefebre. Both guys were super friendly, professional, but most importantly worked for months to get me the exact Tahoe I was looking for. Everyone hates the process of buying a car but I can honestly say this was the easiest and smoothest experience I’ve had yet. Both gentlemen reached out via text on a weekly basis with updates until my vehicle finally arrived. Once my Tahoe arrived I was in and out in about 1 hour. Highly recommended Maroone in general but even more so, I would recommend working with Ronald and Mike. Thanks guys!

Over the decades I have purchased many vehicles and always dreaded it! Times, they are a changing! So much so I had to share my experience here with you today. I was looking for a Silverado for my husband’s birthday; time to retire his 2011 Hyundai Santé Fe at 200K miles! Not only did I find THE one on line, I found it in stock, in the right color, with all the bells & whistles on his check list! Little did I know I was about to embark on the most simple, easy and pleasant buying experience of my life! From purchase to financing Alex, Andy and their fantastic team at Mike Maroone Chevrolet WPB showed their skills with perfection. No more dickering over price and waiting hours in a cold cubicle to finalize purchase. This is the way car buying should be, honest, fair and efficiently executed! Thanks Guys, you nailed it! I have never experienced such extreme dedicated customer service! Anthony Calvino at Mike Maroone has exceeded my expectations of what mankind can transition into after the pandemic! I was not only greeted during my “window shopping” lunch hour with a surprise that they could place my name on a list for future inventory, but that I also did not have to give up anything that I would lose in the end if I decided to go some where else. I was called when there was an update or not, I was contacted to see if I would be interested in something that arrived sooner than my selected vehicle, and also updated that a vehicle was available while he was ending his vacation! The fact that he took my personal need to close this hunt out before the end of May as serious as I did was the plus for me! I will forever recommend and return to do business with Anthony again!

I hate buying a vehicle. I hate that you find the vehicle that you want online, it is priced 6,000.00 below market price, you walking into the dealership with the intention of purchasing it, you meet the salesman that always greets you with the wink and a smile. You listen to them try to make some sort of connection with you when all you want to do is get numbers on the vehicle. The salesman comes back with an astronomical number that makes you want to walk out. 3,000.00 fee reconditioning fee, 2,000.00 fee for documentation fee 999.00 dealer fee. None of that happened here. I reached out online, submitted a credit application and a salesman, Alex reached out initially. I told him where I needed to be and both he and Fabio made the numbers work FIRST. They brought the truck to my job during my lunch break to check it out. Absolutely no pressure and 100% about customer service. He did his best, I did my best, and we came to an agreement and I bought a truck. I will absolutely be going back. A far cry from the Roger Dean that used to be there.
