I must say our driver is the best! Delivery in Riviera Beach, WEST Palm Beach, he came in with our load of cardboard from Uline, got into a tight Ware house space no problems! Broke pallet down and helped me unload! My goodness great 5 star service! I did LTL freight years back and probably would of left! Thanks Jeff! Looking forward to having you back! BRAD

Absolutely horrific experience in the delivery of an executive.desk. They are unprofessional, unhelpful in resolving their own delivery issues, and extremely rude. After scheduling a delivery three weeks in advance, and that morning reconfirming the delivery, they postponed it in the afternoon for the next day with no reaon provided. After makinh six calls that next day, where the promised it by 1:30pm, they finally delivered it one day late at 4pm, shrink wrapped on an extremely heavy pallete that they refused to help me lift it or bring it into the house. They left it in the middle of the driveway, and the dver was extremely rude and uncaring.

Absolutely horrible service. Told to be at home today between Friday 12-2. Received call from operator the day before. She said someone will call 30 minutes prior. I then call into the office and the guys says “the lady went home I can’t help you” “we didn’t tell you 12-2” “maybe 2-6”. I’m positive in what I was told and don’t like being called a liar. I run a bussiness and Cannot sit somewhere for 8 hrs waiting on a package. This is poor customer service. Simple honesty could’ve avoided this horrible experience.

If you like price gouging then use this company. Trust me when i tell you they will give you decent costs at first then switch your class number without telling you and expect you to pay. IT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU. There are 2 more companies that i know of that they did this to.
