3 DAYS OF WAITING AROUND FOR A VALUABLE PACKAGE THAT IS SUPPOSEDLY OUT FOR DELIVERY. 3 days of my tracking information showing my package is out for delivery yet never arrives. Tried calling customer service 2nd and third day....USELESS , they keep repeating "the package is in route (out for delivery)" do yourself a favor, choose a different courier especially for shipping valuables. FedEx is the absolute WORST!

Where to begin - my order through wayfair was shipped with them. Was suppose to arrive 8/22 but was delayed, no worries the updated text says it will be delivered the next day. Well, repeat process for the next 2 days. Finally I file a trace with FedEx - they call and tell me the box is destroyed because it’s heavy and falling apart. That’s why it’s not being delivered yet. The issue is the company failed to notify me, of this for 3 days… and offered no other response or solution. Now I’ve filed a formal complaint with FedEx, wayfair and this review. I just would have appreciated being notified sooner and more updates than it’s delayed etx. No phone number online to contact, nothing so it’s a complicated process to get in touch with a representative as well.

In case someone wonders why packages are damaged. Our local driver picking up packages from our facility. Terrible.
