Staff was awesome and helped me amazingly. Security on the other hand was trash! She was playing on her phone and allowed me to drive right into the unauthorized restricted area, then gets mad at me. I’d reevaluate who you guys have on guard. Other then that the actual FedEx employee I felt with was great. But the security company should be embarrassed To hire employees like that.

I just wanted to give FedEx employee Bryan Innocent a shout out for going above and beyond helping me find my package. As he helped me, he also went out of his way to help another customer and even aided the customer in putting his heavy package in the trunk. He was a friendly face and kind soul!

Not sure what has happened to FedEx, but the use of words such as "reliable and dependable" can no longer be used to describe them. The only thing consistent about FedEx is that they are always late. They always show deliveries days in advance, and even show deliveries as out for deliveries. Yet they magically switch to Pending, or Delayed. Your service is terrible and I will no longer recommend you, nor use you as my shipping carrier. At least with UPS, nine out of ten times the deliveries are early. Their prices are cheaper, and the quality of service, even with the drivers is far superior to FedEx.
