Appointments are never on time. They mean nothing. 10 means 10:30, etc. I got home from an oil change. They never reset the dash. I had to drive back in. I had the tires rotated but they weren’t synchronized on my dash. Great job. People here take their jobs for granted.

Quick and easy drop off. I scheduled an oil change, rotate and balance my tires. My only gripe was that they never checked the psi in my tires. When I got the car back, my four tires pressures ranged from 34psi to 40psi. With one tire showing the lower pressure. I guess I have to be more specific in my request next time.

If I could put a review of no stars this would be a more ideal assessment of this dealership! I special ordered and built my dream truck, waited months for it to come in only to be strong armed out of it by this dealership. I was low balled on my truck trade in, a ceramic coating costing 3000 was added to my cost of the build by the dealership and then I was offered an almost 5% interest rate via GM Financial (while they ran a hard inquiry on my credit report 5 times and only offered the 5% via GM) with a credit score above 750! I walked out and away from my dream truck when I was basically threated that it will be sold immediately to someone else if I didn't agree to their ridiculous offer. I was already paying MSRP and above! When is enough, enough?; and this kind of treatment considered to be taking advantage of the situation or even price gouging? Shame on you Schumacher of WPB, shame on you!
