Purchased my new vehicle at this location and am still amazed by the quality service received by Chris Safi. He worked quickly and diligently with me. Chris worked around my hectic schedule to provide me with the ability to test drive my car twice without being pressured, anything I was concerned about he followed up promptly and had it sorted out right away. Communication was always clear and he was easy to get in contact with. My car was delivered with care, in perfect condition just as it was at the dealership. He worked hard to provide excellent service and it was greatly appreciated. I am highly satisfied with my new purchase and would definitely recommend this dealership! Had an amazing experience at Braman BMW of West Palm Beach. Maurice was excellent, he helped make the trade easy and quick. He was not pushy and understood my circumstances. I was trying to get my BMW serviced because service warning light comes on..Called to make an appointment in West Palm Beach here it is days later.. I left a message nobody has returned my call too quote me a price weeks later....
