Appalled at the level of service for this store. I’ve had many dealings with the other stores in south Florida and have never had such negative interactions with employees and frustrating experienced. I stand by hertz but will not use this store ever again.

I recieved some of the most efficient, proffessional and just simply amazing customer service from the front desk staff & one of the managers at this location. They made my experience a true pleasure, enjoyable, fast, smooth and simple. Enterprise has lost a customer because i will not go anywhere other than Hertz specifically this location moving forward. What an experience! Incredible management, staff and customer service does still exist and you can find all this and more at Hertz. Thank you for your help. God bless each and every one of you!!!

Great staff, and they handle all issues even with the labor shortage right now. Robert handled everything for us today, a real professional dealing with our car swap promptly & efficiently. Top notch service.

Busy location with not enough parking, employees or seats. The courtesy shuttle drivers were friendly and courteous and the wait for that was not long.The vehicles available were varied and great ...and they are very accommodative with your requests. Overall the experience and process was pleasant and once I was being helped, that was done fairly quickly and with ease.
