I gave them 3 stars but I really wanted to give them 2 stars. I booked the car days before my pick up date, first when I reach there they told me sorry I have to use credit which I didn't want to use, because first of all they were listed as one of the company that accept debit, second they let me booked with the debit card pay insurance coverage for the rental and will pay the rest of the money at the counter and they fail to mention that sorry you are going to need a credit card at the counter. The customer service guys told me to go check another car rental company while I booked with them and took partial of the rental money on my debit. I had an event to attend and it was almost 5 hours from where I live I found it to be ridiculous and was really mad about it. I didn't want to miss the event I managed to book with with a credit card. Another I experienced with them I booked and aet pick up time 10:30 AM and when confirmation email came it mentions 11:30 Am, but I still wnet tand pick up at 1030-1100. Lastly when you rent a car with company like this one make sure to take pictures and videos for your own records and to save you some headache of arguments and spend unnecessary money over all damaged on the car.

On 4/2/22 while flying home to St. Louis from Costa Rica, we had a layover at Miami International Airport. We were not aware of that hundreds of flights out of Miami and Ft. Lauderdale were canceled. We were stranded with literally thousands of other travelers in the south Florida area. At 1 am we taxied from MIA to a condo at Deerfield Beach. Instead of sleeping, we began a sleepless night searching planes/trains/buses/cars to continue our joining home. We even priced a chartered flight ($15,000!) and U-Haul box trucks ($1600 for one way travel!) we spent several hours looking for at rental car options (nothing was available). We even looked at used cars to buy for the sole purpose to drive home, then sell it. While my boyfriend and I looked for a used car, our friends, Greg and Kimberly S. went to Budget Car Rental in hopes of finding any option to get us home. While there, they met Mike Kadzinski. Mike invested his time and energy to help Greg and Kim. Mike didn’t have any cars available at his office, so he drove Greg and Kim, and another stranded couple, to another office 30 minutes away. He drove them in His Own Car. At the new office Budget car rental was not able to accommodate Kim and Greg as hoped. But all was not Lost. Mike got involved again and worked with the second manager until they were able to get us a one-way use car. Side note: We had just returned from a wonderful Costa Rican trip. But our rental car experience in Costa Rica (with a different rental company) was horrible. So it was great to see such wonderful customer service from Mike Kadzinski. His hard work and excellent customer service changed our entire outlook and gave us hope that we would finally get home. Mike also stayed in touch with Kim and Greg after they received the car to ensure all was going well. Knowing we had a contact for questions/concerns made all the difference. Mike went above and beyond the standard. He sets the bar high. We are very appreciative of his Good Samaritan approach. And Mike made all the difference of getting us home. Thank you!

Not sure his name (gentlemen with what sounded like European accent), but he was very attentive and made the rental car experience pleasant, which isn't usually the case in my past experience. Would use them again if in Boca.

Exceptional service! My friend and I had a horrible experience with Uhaul and urgently needed help finding a Cargo Van. The owner of this location was our knight and shining armor! Great service & excellent customer service. HIGHLY recommend!

Its better to drop the rental car off during hours because your rental car needs to be inspected upon return.
