Ashley had came to the rescue to get my family and I a rental after our last try with Dollar Thrifty had gone wrong. Her and another co-worker had let me drive the car around to make sure I felt comfortable! It was a smooth process and done I would say less than an hour. Thank you for making things less stressful!

The manager Will is a great guy and very helpful. He helped me get a ride to my body shop to pick my car up after other workers said it was to far . It was only 10 minutes away

Greyhound of the Car Rental Business. If this was and off brand or Rent-A-Wreck company I would have understood. My advance reservation was for a class of vehicle and in particular at Pick Up truck. When I arrived I was told they had none, did not expect any, and the computer will let you rent any class of vehicle regardless of stock. After a long process (see below) they gave me a choice of three dog mini-vans. The newest had 57K miles, 4 years old, missing some carpet, zero usb outlets, Rattled, and was dirty. It is such a shame that this once proud brand has deteriorated so far. FYI their excuse was Covid, but I have rented other vehicles from other brands recently and their stock was new, their reservation was accurate and the vehicles were clean. More for those that want info. When I tried to solve the issue, the area manager was "unavailable" and the location staff had no tools to solve. I called the national office and after extensive holds they apologized, there was no apology at the local office, and then they eventually connected me with a manager would attempt to find me a vehicle of equal Class or higher. This failed after 45 mins of being put on hold and then the call cycled back to default operator. I tried again, was promised a call back with a solution-No Call back ever came - neigher good or bad news. In addition to the vehicle being old, high milage, ratttleing, having missing carpet and the outiside being dirty, the inside smelled from fragence masking other smells. Further, the tank was almost empty, so I had to stop for fuel and then return it low so as to not be punshised by giving away gas. When I inquired as what car they eventually were going to give me, I was told they were clean and ready to go. I arrived and found otherwise and upon voicing my concern, I was offered to wait while they went to get fuel and then they could wash it for me-Not something I had time aloted to do It was apparent that all that I delt with were doing their best but all seemed to have a fatalistic view and were aware of their faults. This does not boad well for Enterprise. I would not rent from them unless I knew at least some of the issues were solved. Follow up-Enterprise read this review and offered me the opportunity to look up my contract, email them, and they would look into this. The alternative is that they could call the location and ask if anyone there knew the issue and the circumstances. Its not that difficult for them to review their own records or ask their own staff.-I did not respond to their request as I stated only facts. FYI, I tend to only post postive reviews as I recognize we all make mistakes, but this issue was so comprehensive that I took the time to share so others would not be surprised.

This has been an almost unprecedented storm season. I’ve never been called upon to travel this many times in a single year. I’ve been extremely fortunate that this small location has been able to deliver on nearly all last minute travel calls that I have received. The only time they were unable to help was on a Sunday morning and I ended up going straight to PBI, since the airport location had far more inventory to work with. That location is 30 minutes away, so I try to avoid it and always go with this local location first. Everyone at this Boca location has been very friendly and helpful, especially Gaby. The 2020 Ford Expedition saw real world action and quite frankly, I’d buy the vehicle myself if I could afford it! Never a doubt that the vehicle would get me to Pensacola and back and even the west coast of Florida. Smooth safe ride the whole way. Never got stuck, never had to worry. Had all the equipment and gear ready to go right out of the vehicle. Huge relief when you have one less thing to deal with when you’re called upon to respond, especially when it’s almost always going to be a last minute call because no one can perfectly predict the weather. Even for other area support calls, I know where the first choice will be. Thanks for all the help!
