The guy at the mail/printing section has no idea what he was doing. Worse customer service. Starting by him wearing AirPods while talking to the customers. Two different costumers in front of me had complained to him about the work that he had created for them. He was unapologetic and gave no solutions to try to help fix the problem. When it came to my turn I just had to drop off a fedex package. He let me know that I was not able to drop off the package and gave no explanation. I have dropped off the same type of packages almost weekly to this location but for some reason he did not allow it and just put my package back in the counter and stated “It won’t work” I believe his name is Ryan or Brian

The worse experience I ever had in dealing with a so called professional company. After receiving an email that my office furniture was on the truck for delivery and waiting all day, it never showed. Customer service people and on line support was useless. No one had answers and I still don’t have my furniture. NEVER AGAIN WITH OFFICE DEPOT/ MAX
