William was so generous and kind with me today, when I brought my mother’s new walker in after just three weeks. Somehow she managed to damage it in the middle of the night and it was no longer opening correctly and it was out of line. He did his best to fix the damage, and went an extra step by helping me with putting wheels on a back up walker that we happened to have and I brought with me just in case. Highly recommend this store due to their kind and courteous employees. Thank you, WIlliam.

When my Aunt was visiting Florida, she needed a scooter to keep her self mobile. I am so glad that I found this medical equipment store. I got the motorized scooter on rent very easily.
