Louis was a great guy and helped us through the whole process. He noticed it was my birthday the following day and wished me a happy birthday. I confided in him that it was a big day for me as I was also getting engaged. He went out of his way to get me in the best car possible and made the entire experience very enjoyable!!! Thanks Lou!!!

It was truly a pleasure renting from SIXT! The website allowed me to easily reserve my rental, Louis was friendly and helpful upon pickup, the rental was excellent, and Louis processed my rental return very quickly. In other words, a pleasurable experience from start to finish. And then, a couple of days after turning the car in my checking account was charged another $41 without an explanation. I emailed the company, their computer system acknowledged my questioning email….and that was that. I’m not pleased with hidden, surprise charges nor being ignored.

Well for once or at least this rare time compared with sadly pervious yet necessary review I have a very good one to give and it is to Not only the Boca Raton Branch for sixt for all of their professionalism,quality, and especially work expeditiousness and especially the work I’m particular is one gentlemen with embarrassing him and instead as hopefully his very well deserved betterment of his career and just to say thank you for his help large and small, his man goes by the nickname “LOU” I hope that is enough info to do something that might help, I hope you get this message actually might this message to Him As well I have a lovely x6 I was to return today by four, I am picking up what I hope is what I ordered a five series if of course it is available, they are always so helpful with everything they can be

Absolutely worst car rental experience. Paid $1300+ for a 2020 Volvo S60 Turbo. Received a dirty car with a broken windshield and a blown out speaker. As well as a service light coming on for maintenance while I was driving on the first day of a two week rental. I spoke with customer service and all they were willing to do was to have me drive over an hour to an airport to exchange the car or charge me to have someone deliver a new car. Well here’s a wonderful update. Since my sound system was broken I had to drive the car back alone and pay for a hotel and sleep in the car. The other members of my party were forced to rent a real luxury vehicle from a reputable car company and incur thousands of more expenses. Drove the car to JFK where I was supposed to drop the car off and the SIXT location closed without giving any notice too me or the roadside assistance department. The new address they have listed for drop off is 340 Federal Circle which is the middle of the road. Spent a half hour on hold and having the automated phone system drop my calls. The road side assistance department had no idea of this and couldn’t help me with finding the new drop off location so I changed my flight and headed to Newark airport SIXT drop off that I was told was a 24hr drop off location. I dropped off the keys in the box and ordered a Uber. My Uber drive then picked me up and we got stuck in the unattended rental car lot for over and hour in the cold at 3am!!! And now I’ve missed the last flight out for today and I am livid!!! And on top of it all it’s been over two weeks and I still haven’t received any sort of rental agreement!!! !
