The community is not bad, those who are are the people who make up the "association". That they charge you a lot of money but they do not repair or clean their roads, that the roots of the trees) that one did not plant) damage the roads and you do not repair it, they will fine you for problems that do not correspond to you; Not to mention the bad treatment your guests receive by some security people at the entrance who even throw their licenses away. When a person buys a house to form your home, be sure that they will not allow you to form your home because the house will always be theirs and you have to do what they say. I am not complaining about the area but about the people who want to take advantage of the residents. It is awful.

It is incredible that such a large condominium does not have parking for guests, so residents: you cannot invite anyone to sleep at your house. If they leave the car outside they put a warning and insurance with 3 warnings will lift it as safe.

The worst community ever. I’ve been living here for over 15 years and let me tell you the manager of the association the most unprofessional person. Aside from that her rules for the association are absurd. Since COVID this is the only community in west Miramar that actually hires a security guard to guard the pool and provided them with a list full of names of everyone who lives in this community. I try to come with my guest to the pool and I was told I can’t even bring my own guest to the pool. This is ridiculous but at the same time I’m not even surprise with all the rules the continue to have in this association. Be careful how you park your car because you will get towed. They don’t care about you.
