Absolutely beautiful hike. I absolutely recommend this if you want to get outside and see nature. Be sure to bring water though, you'll need it!

Hi Carol, Bend has eight dog off-leash areas in local parks. They include Big Sky, Discovery Park, Riverbend Park, Ponderosa Park, Bob Wenger Memorial Off-Leash Area at Pine Nursery Park, Hollinshead Park, Overturf Butte Reservoir and Awbrey Reservoir. Not all of the off-leash dog parks are fully fenced, but many are. There is more information on our Bend Park and Recreation website. Thanks!
