This is such a lovely and well taken care of park! Perfect for a scenic stroll in Bend.

i think we got real lucky here. i took this pics last week and it felt like the first real spring day, you know what i mean? It wasnt windy, the light breezes almost felt warm, so sunny and people were all on awful good moods! if you’re visiting Bend, I definitely recommend you to make a quick stop here especially on weekends when they have live music and little artisanal booths selling art, jewelry and other local goodies! #visitBend

Always love visiting this park while in Bend. It's absolutely beautiful and makes a lovely morning or afternoon stroll. You can walk around the whole pond, meander through the quaint neighborhood surrounding the park, and stop at a local eatery or coffee shop across the way. Gorgeous every time of year!!

I have seen people swim there at the shoreline near the bridge at Galveston. Majority paddle board or canoe

Pioneer park in BEND is one of the best with BBQ pits and such.
You would need a permit, and I don't think it would be worth it for you. They would also require you to get it approved through the health department. All in all it cost about a thousand dollars.
