Not at Drake Park. Picknic yes. Pioneer Park downtown is great for BBQ ing, has a covered but open outdoor area, is on the river, but you need a permit to bbq.

Never tried it. I eat at the burger place at the corner of the parking lot at the south end of the park.

Not that i know of unless you. Bring your own grill or.. you can go to bend parks and rec website and i think you can rent a grill from them. And definitely ask them about their policies
