Because they don't have something less than one.. The store interiors are pretty standard..bottled water that was ¢99 cents 2 months ago is now $1.29..so a 30% increase.. and lots of other things 100-200% increased.. but the feature of the f-cking business plan I detest the most..8+ cash registers and they always only have 2 open and there is a line.. they have staff but insist on 5-8 people in each.. so you can't buy a $1.29 bag of ice and a Gatorade, candy bar without waiting 10+ minutes.. corporate manager and store manager all should be fired because they enjoy making customers miserable

They need to have a major meeting with all of their employees. The saying goes: "The customer is always right" Well, that's Not always the case. But what I am to about to post, it is. Their employees are not properly trained. And if they are, they don't give a Shi+. Each and every time my neighbors and I, visit the store, it's always the same old story. It seems that the employees are always talking to someone on the phone which has nothing to do with the store. The last couple of times, we've seen them sitting on the floor rather than squatting or bending down to mark items giving the illusion is that they are lazy by doing this.(We also realize they're not slaves) What's also irritating is, they're always in the way what we mean by this is, they don't think. If you're trying to go down the aisle, a person at times can't get through because of their cart is in the middle of the aisle and it causes traffic from both sides of the aisle because of all of the extra boxes and all. it's either that they don't have the brains or don't care if you can get around their carts or not when there's plenty of room if they would just move it a little bit. This happens frequently around the refrigerated doors. they're always in the way by the produce not allowing the customer to go down that narrow aisle and they pretend as if they don't know. then the owners want to know why it wasn't their items sold because they're always in the way.The other irritating thing they do is: they don't pay attention; all they do is hear sound; but Nothing registers. I have personally heard customers tell them in English, and in their native language, stuff like: all of these items here, we're going to pay for them together, but we need separate bags. Then right after they understood in both languages, they total out the register and say this is how much it cost. Then when you tell them, but I just got done telling you one transaction with separate bags, they get an attitude. The only reason why we keep going back is, because some, though not all prices are better.
