The Dunbar store is a disaster. The manager there needs to have a mental health check, and that’s being kind. Go somewhere else unless you enjoy a headache.

Initially, they were kind and professional on the phone. Once I arrived the next morning, (right when they opened) it was a different story. I had been waiting 3.5 hours and the car was still in the parking lot. I had to leave due to time constraints as I’m sure it would be a couple more hours in addition to the 3.5 I already put in. I also feel they attempted to take advantage of me being a woman with a small child alone. The prices I was quoted on the phone versus the prices I was told in person were vastly different. I felt they viewed me as a damsel in desperate distress and it’s not the case. I took my car somewhere else and was promptly taken care of.

Rick Taylor is the new Mgr. and super nice. I spent 2 hours trying to get a tire that was in the system but couldn't be located. He got it from another location but this whole process took so much longer than necessary. Also can we get some magazine other than hunting, guns, etc?
