Honestly, I did not enjoy this store. It's packed so full you can barely maneuver getting down the aisles. Not only that but many items are priced much higher. I bought bird seed for $5.99. This item is 1.25 anywhere else. It's just not my shtick. Back to Dollar General. 🙄

Has a variety of unexpected things you would buy. Some examples are like Starbucks coffee and teas, ALOT of good candy's and party supplies you actually are looking for, and great breads for cheap. The produce is pretty good and a decent variety. Sometimes it just depends on the time or day you go, you will for sure be happy walking out of there with a great deal or something you just really wanted. This particular store gets crowded, but not super crowded. It's not a humongous one, but it definitely has most of the frequently bought items on a regular basis. The workers are pretty cool and a Tually make eye contact. I like that!

In the morning the manager is usually the whole store and it is very likely that he will be interviewed at that time

I would have asked for manager and let the manager know what happened. Most items are 99 cents. However, items more than 99 cents have price tag on.
I've seen them re stocking on thursdays.
