The hotel is very dirty, when we first arrived before we even entered the property there was bras in the windows. The pool is dirty. There was trash in the courtyard grass, beer bottle caps and screws on the concrete. Once in our room there was no bedding for the pull out bed. Called to have it brought up and was told “to come down and get it”. The amount of dirt between the refrigerator and the counter was disgusting. The continental breakfast states it starts from 6:30-8:30. Went down at 6:45 and was not set up. One worker was slowly setting up. Never said anything to us as we waited with 3 children. By 7:15 things were still not finished being set up. The complementary laundry room has 3 of the 4 machines out of order. There were socks on the floor of the gym. Very disappointed, never staying here again.

Was promised handicap accessible room with safety bars. When I arrived no such room was available. Had to cancel my entire reservation. Everyone was nice as they left me with no place to go.

This is my second time staying at a Sonesta, and again, they did not disappoint! They have an amazing pool area, bonfire area, and and area to grill. Next to the grills there’s 2 mini games of corn hole. The rooms are clean and provide so much for your stay. At this suite there was clean dishes, silverware, dish soap, sponge, etc. There is also a gym and a library where there’s dvd movies to choose from and books.

The morning staff are amazing!!! I did not get a chance to interact with the evening staff much, but they seemed nice as well. Yes, the rooms could use a little updating, but they are clean and comfortable. The location is convenient. I have two big dogs and it is awfully hard to find a place that will allow them. I was able to book this place last minute after an unpleasant experience and show up early and still get in with my pups. When I needed to make changed to my reservation, they were extremely helpful and accommodating. I have nothing bad to say about this placed. They literally saved and helped me out a lot considering I was in a foreign state several hours from home with two big dogs and no where to stay. No review I can write will ever do this hotel and their staff justice. Amazing place and staff. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again if I am even in that state again.
