I do not recommend at all. I am so confused as to how they have so many good reviews, when I tell you to look at the bad ones, I mean it. I lent 2 dresses here. 1- 2 years after I lent them initially, I hadn’t heard anything from them. I called and found out they had indeed lent them to 2 prospective brides, and I should have been paid twice. The worker “tried” to get a message to the owner Brooke, to actually get the money I was owed per our agreement. For the next two months I tried to get a hold of Brooke, even adding her as a friend on Venmo and requesting the money myself, and I was very polite. My final voice message was me saying I am getting very frustrated and I need someone to call me immediately, they did not call me, they just sent me a Venmo. Then, I leave the dresses hoping it is just a one time mess up. I should have known better. I am now moving out of state, and went to go pick up my dresses but calling before hand so that they could have them ready. When I got there they had one dress and had affectively lost my second dress without telling me. Since I didn’t live close, it was a pain to drive there and back. I told them fine, and that since I was moving out of state they would have to find my dress immediately and mail it to me. I was very kind to the lady at front, as apparently it was her first day. I’ve been gonna call about a week later saying they had found my dress. That was on Saturday at 3 PM. I told him I would come as soon as I can, and then I get a voicemail on Monday morning saying that if I don’t come I would have to pay them to ship it to me! As if it was my fault or I had left it there some obscene amount of time!! I am so sad that’s the way they do business. I was/am furious. I haven’t even looked at my dresses but I tell you what, if they’re not clean I’m sending them to court.

I rented my dress out at Something Borrowed Bridals for 4 years and would not recommend it. The owner is very rude, unprofessional, and unorganized. She ghosted me on multiple occasions and when I threatened an attorney, she responded and said she doesn’t discuss business on her personal phone (even though that’s the number she gave me when I dropped my dress off 4 years ago and the number we regularly communicated from). Super shady owner and after 7 weeks of asking for my dress back, I finally got it back and it’s in worse condition than I dropped it off in. Multiple snags telling me they don’t take care of peoples’ dresses like they should. Just save yourself (and your dress) and run far, far away.

I cannot express how wonderful this shop is. I believe I had one of the last appointments of the day and they gave me 110% of their energy. I cannot remember her name at the moment but i think the girl that helped me was the owner. She was very understanding of any issues I had and happy to make me feel so special. I usually hate shopping but she help the whole experience be everything you dream about as a little girl. The shop itself is abordable, but the dresses!!!!! They are all so unique and they have a fairly large selection. If you aren’t someone who has dreamed of having their wedding dress take up storage space in their closet for the rest of their life, I highly recommend coming to Something Borrowed. The day before the wedding, I tried on my dress and it wouldn’t zip. Stressed, I came to the shop and the same girl was there and more than happy to help me. She very generously gave me her time and attention to help me find a new last minute gown and style it with me. Every time I look at my pictures, I am so grateful for this boutique for all they did to make my day special! Thank you 100 million times!!!
