Absolutely idiotic approach by the employees… if you can call a giggling teenager with mental capacity to understand that this is actually a business equal to a fruit fly. Several times in a row calling to ask when the place is open to public, arrive at the appropriate time just to be told (giggled) that schedule is changing hourly… Some adult supervision is definitely required.

Not just a fun place to go when it’s hot out, but great place to spend time with the kids and hold up a loved ones when they’re about to fall! Beside that, Stephan and his significant other have had all the patience in the world teaching and providing care for our children.

Lights were cool but the ice was pretty beat up. The rental skates were good and the place was pretty clean. Nice experience overall and would go back again in the hopes that the ice would be a bit better the 2nd time.

We do have skating lessons! The Learn to Skate program is on Mondays from 6 to 7PM, Thursdays from 520 to 6 PM and Saturdays from 1 to 140 PM. Head on over to rinkonthebeach.com and look at the learn to skate section under figure skating or feel free to give us a call!

General Admission is $10 per person. If you need skates, they are an additional $3. If the session is on the SMALL rink, it is a Cheap Skate and will be $10 which includes skate rental. Walker rentals are $3, but the person must be 4' tall or LESS.
You can always call and rent an hour of Ice if you want to do a private party / group. Glacier has a small sheet of ice that is perfect for private functions.
Clothing? It doesn't require you to wear clothing.. but you can rent there skates.
