I went to return some shoes and pick up shoes that were too large. I asked the customer service lady if they had any others in the next size down and she told me no on both shoes. I went to the shoe department and found the one pair in the shoe department and I went online and found the other pair online when she was online supposedly looking for both shoes in that size. I don't understand her telling me an outright lie on both occasions. I absolutely hate ordering shoes online buy if you don't carry them in the store how am I to know if they will fit? Not a good experience at all.

Really good clothes and brand names at discounted prices. Kohl's cash and coupons are easy to find on internet or at the cash registers even.

Ive liked it every time that i have been in there. i usually don't find a lot that i like but the store is nice and the employees are helpful.
