Recommend getting their foot evaluation. They were able to get me insoles for my work shoes that feel like someone doing a deep tissue massage on my feet while I walk. I am more comfortable in work shoes than my own tennis shoes now!

I'd never been into Ossine Shoes before this visit. I'd recently seen that they were associated with Wish as a shipping center and, since I'm both a runner and a bit of a shoe nut, I decided to have my purchases shipped there so that I could also check out their store. The shoe selection was pretty good. However, the customer service of the staff was nearly non-existent and even dismissive. For such a simple inquiry or request, I was stunned with the lack of willingness to either work with me or offer options/suggestions. There is a sort of invisible half star for this review as the associate initially tasked with helping me was attentive and eager to help. When we ran into some complications though, and she was unfamiliar with the next steps (I'm guessing she was a more recent hire), even she was rebuffed and shut down when she asked for guidance. I was stunned. If even a request this simple was handled with such disdain for the customer, I can't imagine any circumstance where I'd rely on that store to handle any customer service request more complicated (like an actual sale). To the one associate that was actually helpful: Keep your head up. There is no shortage of other, better places that are hiring that provide appropriate support for their staff and customers.

Went in to shop for some new work shoes today and the selection there was almost overwhelming! Pretty much the whole north wall! The young lady who assisted me was very patient and knowledgeable. Thanks to her for all her help. Great store!
