I could be shopping for a while here and when I get to the cashier's they never fail to stress me out as well as be rude. It doesn't matter about the rate at which they help me, but if they showed a little bit of care I think the customer service would show. But, if your stressed then your other customers will notice. Talking to your customers and showing some care will keep your customers calm. Sighing and rolling your eyes is just childish.

I absolutely love Smith’s but I would avoid this location at ALL costs. The staff at this location consistently demonstrate a clear disdain for professionalism and a lack of proficiency in customer service. The “manager” Samee, alarmingly, lacks the ability to demonstrate recognition of a customer. The only thing she does demonstrate is repulsive petulant behavior. A real manager should have the ability to comprehend simple customer challenges and present action based solutions to them. The manager at this store, just stares blankly into space like the dots aren’t connecting, offers no solutions, and gets out of doing actual work by telling customers she can’t help them so she can go goof off with her friends. Smith’s is usually phenomenal. They take amazing care of customers, just not at this location.

This is the grocery store we go to the most. Before April 1st I would have given it 5 stars but since they don’t take visa credit cards any longer, I’ve decided to downgrade my rating. The store itself is great! The staff is always so friendly and the store is always clean. We’ll continue to come here but I hope they get the visa situation figured out soon!

This is one of the best Smiths I have been in Utah.Same lay out than the other Smiths but cleaner , much better trained and friendly stuff and great produce , specially the Organic one. You’ll be able to find seasonal fruits and veggies as well as other fresh produce. Perfect for your every day grocery shopping , however their bakery is not the best ones (Harmon’s offers much better fresh baked , artisan bread) I prefer to buy here than Wal Mart due to the quality of their own brand products and their friendly stuff.
