Let me start by saying I don't have names. But I received absolutely terrible service from the, notably small, self check out clerk and his "manager" today because my wife was buying alcohol and they wanted to see both of our ID's. The first time this has ever happened and the first time I happen to forget my wallet... And to make things even more frustrating, I WAS NOT EVEN THE PAYING CUSTOMER... WHY IN THE WORLD IS MY ID NEEDED???? It's obviously not, only the paying customer needs to present an ID when purchasing alcohol. This was a clear display of a power trip on part of the employee and his manager. If I wanted an unpleasant experience as a customer, I'd go shop at Walmart. Now, just to be clear, I'm not upset that they wanted to check ID. I'm upset because they targeted my wife and I specifically. The clerk approached us and asked "Who's paying?" My wife responded "I am." He then looked at and asked me directly "Well do you have your ID?" It's Smith's legal responsibility to ensure the customer they're selling alcohol to is of legal age. In this case, that was covered. My wife is 30 and she had proof of her age. So why wouldn't this employee sell her alcohol? Because I didn't have my ID (I'm 31 by the way, I do not look that young, and again I WAS NOT THE PAYING CUSTOMER! So it didn't even matter!) He and his manager discriminated against my wife because... We look young? Because we both wear a mask due to being immunocompromised? Because she's a woman?? Why???

Literally the worst money services of ANY Smith’s location! Every time I try to use this location, there’s always issues. From false advertisement, to downed systems. Not to mention the staff can never answer my questions. They have zero knowledge of how to do their job! I will no longer use Smith’s for money services. Regardless of location. Poor service every time. I’d give you less than a star if possible

We do grocery pick up with Smiths on a semi-frequent basis. Since we order online, we compare prices with other stores and have found prices lower in other places. That said, the quality is always great, and it is quick and friendly service with the pick up. The slightly higher prices are the only reason we aren't as frequent here as we are other stores.

The young lady with the black hair and glasses at the customer service counter hates her job! She’s clearly put out doing that job. No greeting, no thank you, just what do you want get out of my face type attitude. Clearly not cut out to deal with customers. Id recommend putting her in the back where she doesn’t deal with customers.

When the garden center opens, they will sell trees and bushes. But right now nothing bigger than your typical medium houseplant.
They will, but they charge you about the same amount they would if you were to buy that same balloon there. They told me it was the helium that's ao pricey, not the actual balloon.
