Bad service and nails. Followed my sister here. Hadn’t seen the ratings before I did. The older man raised his voice at me a few times. I ended up silently crying while he was doing my nails and left at the end to wipe my now runny nose in the toilet. The nails ended up being bad and crooked, tilting to the right, with the tip polish covering half of my nails. Paid $100 for this and a pedicure. I’ve never cried while and after getting my nails done before. Never again. Going to a better place to have them removed and redone right away. Probably going to have cancel my date today too.

Older gentleman was really upset that I had asked him to take the time to shape my nails properly. We pay good money to get our nails and toes done. It shouldn’t be a issue. He didn’t like that I had asked him to do this and threw a fit in another language and asked another person to help me. Super rude! Just because I wanted him to file my nails in a nice shape before painting. They would have been all clumpy and bumpy! I walked out …because they didn’t start anything other then the filing

I was not impressed with my pedicure. They barely touched my calluses and I still left with some cracking on my heels. I also got a French tip, which they did not paint a pale pink base first, they only went in and did the white tips with clear polish over it. Which I don't think looks good. They were super fast and didn't really take the time to perfect the service.

Pedicure was average, the color of gel for my toes was probably old. It looked fine there, but then I got home and put my glasses on and it was not the greatest coverage. It did in a pinch before my vacation though. Was expensive for what so actually got.

Very good service
If getting a basic manicure, and you arrive on time for an appointment, i would give yourself about 45min. If using gel nails it will take longer. If getting a full set, give yourself a lot longer. I would expect to spend about an hour and a half. They are thorough and take their time, doing a good job, if you are willing to be patient.
Yes but broken english.
Depends on how grown out the nails are. I've been charged 40 and 32 for a fill. Not sure on a broken nail.
I believe it was $25 for a fill.
