Went to the Miami and Hialeah red wings location, they're in good contact with one another and use the same employee base. This Miami Red wings location was amazing, I had gone in for some work boots and I'd never had properly fitting boots as I have wide feet. I spent nearly an hour and a half at the Miami location while they assisted me with various boot lines and sizes finding the perfect fit for me, sadly while at home breaking in the first pair of boots I hadn't noticed how squished my pinky toes were (wide feet), so I went back three days and they happily exchanged it. The Miami location is smaller than the Hialeah location, so I decided to make the trip up to the Hialeah location as they had a wider stock of boots that may be my size. (I am the widest width they offer). At both visits I was assisted by Gippsy who was amazing and patient helping me with the nearly 20 combined different sets of shoes I had tried on at both locations. All in all, these two locations are great for customer service, and with a wide selection of boots. The first pair of boots I had tried were the 4215 (H-Wide) Dynaforce. They fit perfectly all around except at the toe box which caused my pinky toe to get squished excessively, they advised I get a different line of boot as that style ( 2406, 606, 4215, 415) will always fit the same as those are American Made. The second pair which fits great and I'm still using are the 2401. In regards to conditioning, you can use Red Wings All Natural Leather Conditioner, but it does use mink oil and will considerably darken your boots, I used Saphir Renovateur which conditions the leather and gives it a slight sheen without darkening it as much as the Red wings product (It still contains some mink oil but didn't darken it the same as the red wings product did).

This store not want help to repair or assist about warranty. Not recommend this store, they talk to much about warranty but not help at all.

Very professional store with excellent customer service. I've been going to red wing stores for 15 years around the country and found this store to be exceptional. Maria was very knowledgeable and helpful in providing me with the right replacement work boots. I was trying to replace model 2271 which is discontinued and she found the updated model. I highly recommend this red wing store to anyone who wants good work boots or high end footwear.

I had exceptional customer service today! Edel is the one who helped me. I actually live in GA, but as many will tell you, red wings had a network issue and none of their stores is able to replenish stock right now. So I've had to call all the stores in GA, AL, TN, MS, and I was working on FL ones since I needed a popular shoe in an extra wide size. Finally found it here, which is so lucky. However, I'm leaving a review because the customer service from Edel was AMAZING. SUPER easy check out. The store is mailing the shoes to me in GA for no additional cost. I had an exceptional experience!! Customer service was excellent!
