My primary complaint about this port is the lack of indication of what terminal is for which cruise line. I came on a bad day and ended up stranded with my handicapped mother on the wrong side of the port before catching a taxi. I did not find those working at the port's central office to be of any help after walking past three full terminals and eventually finding no safe passage for our wheelchair and luggage. Frequently, the port was not friendly to handicapped that needed to traverse and distance. They offered neither shuttle assistance nor really helpful advice considering our situation, but in the end, our taxi got us to our terminal, which was modern and comfortable, as well as quite accessible to wheelchairs.

Easy to navigate, traffic moves pretty quick, safe & secure area, Royal Caribbean functions like a well Oiled Chick-fil-A drive-through, fast & efficient.

One elevator working and most if not all payment kiosks were "temporarily out of service". Nothing looked temporarily. There was no "ease" parking at the port. Other ports have advantages but I cannot think of one for here. The parking garage was for a Carnival cruise so perhaps that makes a difference. Still. Not doing this again.

This place does an outstanding job processing thousands of passengers and their luggage through US Customs. To their credit, they also recognize and thank US Active duty military and Veterans for their service to our country. I appreciate that very much!!

According to PortSkipper, The Port of Miami terminals do accommodate oversize vehicles but charge an extra $22 per night on top of the $22 parking fee already in place.
All I saw was yellow cabs.. And plenty of shuttles.
