Most stressful start to a vacation ever. Complete chaos. Arrived at assigned boarding time, stood in the heat for over an hour and finally boarded an hour and a half after the time they told me to arrive. Employees didn’t provide any updates and just kept yelling times at long lines of people. Overall stressful experience - pack your patience when joining a virgin cruise. The employees were saying after that it was more people that they are used to?? Be ready to wait and to be yelled at.

After all the pre-board paperwork and designated check-in times.... AWFUL. This is our first experience with Virgin and it's disappointing. No matter what the cruise is like, I will remember standing in line for an hour and a half just to get inside to continue waiting. Total cluster ?! Last time we cruised with Royal and we walked through the maze of ropes and were checked in LESS THAN 10 MINUTES. That was amazing and inspiring. How awful. I see people like me, older, hurting to stand... Aggravated. Richard Branson! - are you aware of what's going on in your own house?

WORST BOARDING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I haven’t even embarked yet and I’m already regretting booking this cruise, not even cheaper cruise lines have this bad, messy, disrespectful and disorganized boarding experience, been waiting in line for over one hour, everyone cuts of the line, the time system does not work as they don’t even check boarding times and let people cut in line, they don’t address customers concerns and employees are very rude and inconsiderate. Also you’re waiting outside sweating in 90 degrees. Our boarding time was at 2:30pm and it’s currently 3:45pm and we are still waiting in line meanwhile people who had 5:30pm boarding time are already in because once again they don’t check boarding, it’s a complete cluster, if I could give 0 star review I would!!! Please do yourself a favor and avoid this awful experience!!!

We have traveled on other cruise lines. Virgin is a little funky but the quality is amazing. We already books a second cruise. Longer this time.

Terminal V, it's near the end of them all at the port off Miami. The entrance is clearly marked, and you like up based on assigned check in time. They take your luggage first, then you get your COVID tests and go inside building to wait for results.
They have porters outside that will collect your bags. If you didn't get tags, they will create one there. Bags are delivered to your room from there. Bring a few bucks to tip that guy - he doesn't work for virgin directly
$22/day
They do! The balconies in accessible rooms have no step threshold for access
No reservation needed, but get there before 2 as it fills up quickly
As long as it’s before you sail. You can also call Amex Travel and purchase it directly through them at a better cost!
Yes you can. There will be person there to take your luggage if you not going to carry it your self.
Not sure ...we got dropped off.
Yes, everyone is tested prior to entering the terminal. Once tested you continue with check-in and await results then continue to board once your negative test comes back.
You will be given a specific time to arrive at the terminal, a month or less before your voyage
