Do they have employees load your luggage? Or do we as passengers take them to our assigned cabin? I noticed there are no luggage tags to place on our bags.

They have porters outside that will collect your bags. If you didn't get tags, they will create one there. Bags are delivered to your room from there. Bring a few bucks to tip that guy - he doesn't work for virgin directly
