It may vary depending on the dates your booking, a good option is parking on one on those parking lots systems near port or airport, is cheap and they will take you there and pick you up all include in the price at booking I can recomend this one that i recently use www.premiercruiseparking.com

I didn't see any rental car places at the port. Its a big place though. The airport is really like 20 to 25 minutes away. Taxi service is literally right there as soon as you step out of the port.

Not worth it, what will you save $12-20? The port is weird and it’s not accessible on foot because in Miami there are not good pedestrian paths, etc.
