Good Thrift Store. Organized, a bit clean and accepts credit cards than Red White And Blue Thrift Store.

The WORST experience ever. I thrift and goodwill hop every weekend. Visiting this location was the first time. I was impressed by the size of the store and the quality of merchandise however, the level of customer service I received had left a very bad taste in my mouth. When I was trying on clothing, I was greeted very rudely by an older lady with short salt and pepper hair. She first greeted me by trying to open the door as I was undressing without knocking. I am assuming she spoke to me in such a manner because I shouted very quickly that someone was in the room. Her response was, “You can only have 6 in there, how many do you have?” Before I could answer she proceeded to tell me to make sure I put all the clothes back on the hanger and bring them out when I am done. I have no problem with what she said. I work in customer service and have experienced with retail so I personally take the time to put everything back on the hanger and even put them back where they belong and not back in the to go rack. Even as I am shopping if I come across things on the floor or falling off the hangers I fix them. I actually did this at the store before going to the fitting rooms and a gentleman there thanked me for doing it. So.. back to my fitting room experience. I thanked her for her reminder and a few minutes later, I saw from the cracks of the door someone moving my cart. I couldn’t tell who it was so I shouted, “that’s my buggy” and opened the door because the person proceeded to move it. So I opened the door, unclothed to find it was the same fitting room attendant. She yelled that I was not supposed to have the cart by the fitting room. That I understand if it is policy, but as I stated I thrift and goodwill hop every weekend and have NEVER heard of this. If.. this is this particular stores rule then so be it however, her tone and aggressiveness was not called for. She did not knock before opening the door and she did not say anything when she moved my cart. She just moved it and told me why after I came out exposed. I then decided that it was not worth trying on any more clothes I was embarrassed, uncomfortable and felt very disrespected. As I was dressing I heard the same employee greet and assist another customer with such a pleasant tone I had to hurry to see if it was the same person and it was. So this now has me thing it has something to do with the color of my skin. I hope my concerned were really address my the manager.. I can’t be the only person who has had an experience like this I will NEVER visit this store again

I don't think Goodwill does. I know Salvation Army, Miami Rescue Mission also pick up donations. Hope this was helpful!!!
Usually these stores have the personnel department next to them! And they are constantly offering work, in fact my mother who was sitting in the doorway was offered a job!
