I wanted to ship custom picture frames from Miami to Virginia Beach left to me by my Godfather who had recently passed away. I searched google and this company showed up. Of the three frames shipped, only one arrived intact. The glass on one frame was broken and the frame itself of the was broken. The box used for the pictures was misshapen and the packing material was woefully inadequate for shipping picture frames. Looked like someone was packing a middle school project. Two stars only because the package arrived on the specified date.

This store is very essential, especially in area of Kendall. A year ago I had a mailbox with them the documents arrived with security and privacy. It has one of the best pick up and drop-off services with all carriers in one place is fantastic and the customer service very attentive at all times. They also have copy and scanning documents service. Ignore bad reviews.
