This people know what they are doing. We ship regularly with them with no usual problems. They have a promotion and we are sending food every month now. I recommend them.

Poorly educated people. Rude and disrespectful. Treat customers very badly. Mostly people from the warehouse. Staff in the office were much better. That's why I changed to 3 stars. You must talk to that specific guy in your warehouse, he is hurting the business

Worst company ever. I bought a generator for my family in Venezuela through Home Depot, my generator was received in their warehouse and signed by one of their employees Luis R., after a month calling every day, the manager told me that unfortunately my generator was lost, a generator is a big box so I still don’t understand how did that happened. At the begging they practically told me I’m sorry for your lost, however, when I proved with the documents given by Home Depot that it had been signed that my generator had been received, they offer me as a compensation, to give an inferior one, mine was 220volts and 9500 watts and in the end, to not loose the $1000 the generator had costed me, I accepted the inferior one 3500 watts and 120 volts. After insisting a lot, they “paid” $200 difference, I had to call everyday for about a month and a half. The personal is really educated, the office manager was a nice person I’m not saying that the manager was rude or any of the girls at the warehouse, however, I cant understand how I had to wait 90 days for a resolution where in the end I lost money because my original purchase “lost” at their installation so my advice, don’t use this company.

Until the memento they arrive at Maracaibo, Caracas, Valencia and Maracay.
That I know they only send to Venezuela
The Rima Cargo sea freights that I have sent take about 15-20 days and they are quite punctual. You can call and ask how long the air shipment takes that I know is faster. If it is urgent, Locatel USA has a service that you buy here and they deliver it in Venezuela.
Yes. If there is 6 $ additional cubic I think they charge
Write them in Miami and they give you the address and numbers
B days, I only know Maracaibo's ..
If there are offers right now ... Check your instagram!
In the internet cite you have all the necessary information for your shipments.
I live in Miami, I can not help you with that, anyway call them directly to see what they say, sorry
I understand that if you send with them, they will deliver you to the address indicated, and they will communicate with you ..!
Gentlemen Rima Cargo not yet deliver in Valera the shipments of February 22 are 4 large boxes of food and medicine. Like the 3 boxes sent on March 21. Be responsible and at least come forward and be responsible for that we pay for that service
Only from Miami do the shipments.
That is strange because I sent some boxes a month ago and they are already in the place where they were waiting for them
Yes, of course yes ..
Ok thanks zulay. If I understand by this time, it must be airborne. Thanks
The 12 × 12 × 12 is worth $ 12 should be a little more
20 days approximately
It would cost her $ 20
I like

Good morning. It is not necessary to open an account to use their services. Send the cargo with your personal information and the destination address in Venezuela.
