I was in and out of the the whole place in 37 minutes. I was just shipping out two boxes. That being said, customer service is actually pretty good.

Miami location is the worst service ever. From the manager straight down all the staff are very unprofessional and rude. Don't answer NY area codes period. Express service is not expressed for the reasons of higher paid companies. The little man don't matter, my luggage suppose to take 5 days, 15 days now and counting still no word when its going to reach. All you keep hearing is back logs, that has totally nothing to do with the customers that paid for a express service. Make it happen or tell your customers up front and see if they want to go that route, not take their monies and give lousy service. VERY BAD FOR EXPRESS SERVICE, ONLY IF YOU ARE A HIGH PAIDING COMPANY. Do you see who gives the very GREAT reviews??......Ok then go figure.

Very unhelpful staff. Arrived to drop off one piece less than 100 lbs. Everyone was working, but refused to accept the shipment unless I pay $600 because it was after 6pm on Friday. I was forced to wait until Monday morning & pay for two hotel nights. Monday morning was not any better. I didn't know who to check in with & no one provided any instructions. I had to find a box truck in the parking lot & give the man in it my driver's license to check me in on his lab top then I had to go into the office & check in again. I was told to go to dock number 80 & find another employee to receive my "hazmat" shipment. All the while a plane that needs a part sat idle in Central America.
