Warning Terrible from the begging. Salemen didn’t know what he was doing. My wife and I called in to let him know we were coming down to see the trailer and to make sure we had access to get in it and look around. Lanzo, the salesman helping us told us he would be ready when we got there in an hour or so. Once we arrived Lanzo walked us to the unit and then said we could not get into the trailer do you the right parking lot situation they had. After asking why he didn’t make room or telling us we wouldn’t be able to get into the trailer so driving an hour would be a waste of time, he just shrugged his shoulders and said sorry. Very poor customer service Service department problems, Service never checked our refrigerator to make sure the gas propane option worked. We went on 2 trips and lost food in our fridge both times. The techs checked our fridge saying it worked. Went camping again and the fridge did not work. Brought the unit back again and found they did not actually test the propane function on the fridge as they were supposed to. Now almost a year later I am still not able to use my fridge properly.

They have nice inventory but I think it’s kind of comical because I live full time in a fifth wheel and am considering an upgrade, and every time I come here (admittedly not that often) I have never once had a salesperson approach me in any way. Not even to greet me. Of all the shoppers they’re so focused on most likely not one will buy, but I very well might, and they totally ignore me, much to my amusement. The bottom line: if you’re actually interested, show up with a man. Women folk are clearly too dumb or poor to buy from them ;) It’s a good place to see what you might like and then find at another dealership though!

We bought our trailer here a year ago after extensive research and shopping. We live in Sacramento but drove to the Livermore happy daze because they had a particular model we we're interested in. We we're greeted promptly by the salesman and he answered questions for us as we attempted to decide which of two trailers we liked better. We did not plan to buy that day but thought we would make an offer expecting back and forth negotiations to follow. To our surprise the salesman returned and agreed to the offer which was quite less than the promotional price shown. We did the paperwork and returned one week later to pick it up. Now, a year later, we decided to take the trailer in for warranty work at the Livermore locations because the Sacramento store just gave us a creepy vibe. The sales people were more sales oriented than concerned about helping us find the right trailer, the lit was in a bad part of town and pretty ran down, and we have heard from multiple people that the Livermore store does better work. They have now had the trailer for a few weeks and are waiting for parts to come in. So far the experience has been good. I will update when we get her back home.

There are some off Vasco
We have been bringing our Allegro Bus to them for years. We have been very happy with the services they provide!
Please call the service department and discuss with them. Here is the number. Livermore (925) 443-0222 - Thank you.
We do not have anything that small.
We don't have a lot of used, and usually we only keep newer models - gently used units. Best of luck to you in your search.
