I booked my son first birthday party here. I decided to visit the location due to all the negative reviews & to make sure I was comfortable with the venue for my sons upcoming birthday party. My honest review: the staff was extremely nice to my son and I, I even requested Akeela to work my sons party next month, the pizza was good, the toddler play area was clean, the staff was attentive to the toddler play area to make sure it was safe for the babies, I checked the infamous “green room” where my son party will be hosted THE AC IS WORKING, and you are allowed to bring a cake for your kids party if you booked a package with them. My only recommendation is to get a gate for the toddler area, it would definitely help parents like myself with curious & fast babies. I won’t discredit anyone experience, but I’m glad I went to see things for myself there is absolutely nothing wrong with the venue or the staff. I’ll update my review after my sons party in September.

We had a fantastic time the kids loved all the bounce houses and so did I not as many arcade games as I expected but then again it is not really an arcade

I really liked this place. My niece was in town for a week and we went 3 times. It’s safe and air conditioned! They have a arm band system to ensure the party that leaves together came together. Massage chairs for the adults. Price is a great deal and even the food and drinks are reasonable. The Women’s bathroom needs more attention. It was dirty and smelly each visit.

So, I started coming here back in 2017 with my son. I didn’t go for awhile because I moved away. I moved back and took my other two kids and they had SO much fun. The food here has changed SO MUCH. It tastes so good and much better now! I’ve seen some people complain about the toddler area and it’s rules. I can say, the only thing I would suggest to avoid this situation, is to come with two parents if you have kids two different ages because I don’t feel comfortable letting my daughter sit in the toddler area and play while my other daughter has to sit and wait. You must supervise your children , and if your a single mama like me and don’t have second person to being with you, we’ll then you’ll just have to accept the rules. It’s for safety precaution and it’s also good because before they had kids all ages running around in the toddler area. Now it is secure. Very good experience!
