I just want to start off by saying Adam is amazing. From the beginning to the end of getting my laptop fixed the process was smooth and fast. I'm a shirt designer so not having a laptop for a week is crushing. I was able to keep my laptop until the part arrived and when I dropped it off to be service it was ready in less than 5 hours. My screen looks beautiful and I'm so excited. Thank you Adam for your knowledge, generosity and support for helping me get back to what I love. The whole process of having my cell phone repaired by Ubreakifix was excellent. Self service scheduling, attentive and knowledgeable staff, nice location and hours of operation, quick and relatively inexpensive. I particularly enjoyed the lo-fi music playing in the background.

John was Fast, Convenient, Knowledgeable and very Professional, he took the time to Listen, as I had Visited Before and Told could not be fix, came back next day and John assisted, and Checked Phone, and All I needed was a $69.00 battery, by Previous Rep not taking the time to Listen, and Diagnose phone issues, I ended up purchasing a new phone at Over $600.00 that I don't like now.... 😂 Great Customer Service John!
