We have to deal with this company since they acquire affordable medicine, it’s been a pain. Worst customer service ever, I started receiving my husbands supplies on the 19, then on the 22nd and today it’s the 30th and no supplies. They call at lest 3 times to ask same thing, they give wrong information. Please switch company if you have this one. As I told you worst service, no juman. They are treating with patients that need the supplies, it is not a game

Absolute garbage medical supply company. We were with a smaller company who was bought by CM. The previous company was amazing. But CM has been nothing but trouble. One time they changed the quantity of my child's supply order without telling me. So we needed to get them to send out more, which wasn't that simple. And their spam keeps saying "order using our app" - but the app had the wrong quantity. So I had to call in and get it fixed again. Now they needed some medical notes from my child's doctor. When they couldn't get them, they say they tried calling me and my wife. But somehow got a busy signal on both of our cell numbers. They finally did send out a small quantity of supplies, but that didn't last long enough to get through the rest of their incompetence. They received the records they needed and said the order was clear to ship. But 3 business days later it still hadn't shipped. So I called in and told them that we had maybe one day of supplies left. And they needed to ship and do early AM overnight. They said "we'll see". Don't do business with this company if you can't afford to be without supplies every now and again.

Don’t use this company . They were supposed to send a full order of ostomy supplies and I conveniently only got the cheapest supply which was ostomy barrier extenders. They’re conveniently closed due to hurricane Dorian and it hasn’t even touched Florida yet and I freaking live here! I’ll be going somewhere else once and if I get my supplies. Also their representatives all are terribly rude.

This company has completely gone downhill. I have ordered my supplies from them since 2016. Everything was great until the later part of 2018. Now my orders have been incorrect. The people I have spoken with about problems are not telling the truth, not helping, and will not give me a supervisor name. Today may be the day I no longer buy my Ostomy supplies from them!
