pretty fast & simple if you have all your documents & form filled out prior, I did 2 separate money orders for less complications & paid cash for photos. when completing form online there’s some fields that aren’t necessary but they’ll tell you to still input that information in person fyi.

The staff was very patient and understanding despite the fact that I had to complete the application 3 times. My questions were answered and corrected without being ridiculed. The application for minors is very confusing so I suggest that you ask questions before completing the form. ex: the order of how the name is written changes on the form so be vigilant. Also marital status and employment information pertains to the minor child not the parent or guardian. Once you arrive you can set a same day appointment online but be prepared to wait at least 2 hours to be called. I definitely recommend this location for passport services for minor children.

Staff is extremely nice and they make a stressful transaction calm and pleasant. I wish someone answered the phone but after going there in person the day I wanted to get our passports done was the only way to do it. Just make sure you have time to wait/ come back a few hours later.

Very fast service once you get the hang of the process. You have to check in on the website ..they send you a text to let you know when you are up next you can add time etc. Located by Macy’s and TMobile. See photos attached ..it will help! You can use cash for your photos and process fee. They also take your birth certificate which you will get back on the mail in 2 weeks.

You will also need to provide a new passport photo or you can just get the photo done at the passport place in coral square mall. Passport book $110 Passport card $ 30 Expedite fee $60 Processing fee $35 Passport photo $15.15 The passport book and/or passport card amount needs to be check or money order along with expedite fee. The only thing I can say is that reserving a spot in line does not work unless the business is actually open. It is virtually open based on the hours of operation. Perhaps the appointments work like that. I am not sure. You might’ve caught them at a busy time. Try to call at opening. The staff did not answer when I called during the day, but they did when I called at the start of day. They can get very busy, so I understood once I got there. Staff is very helpful and sweet. Best of luck.
I went on Thursday they did offer express you will need to pay an additional $60 and the city fee for $35 and the passport renewal fee. Go to number 3 her name is lisette she's helpful af. The take passport pics there too.
