You have to turn your cell phone in when you get here...they gave me the wrong cell phone when i was leaving. Best to leave your phone in the car.

Parking is a challenge, so make sure to give yourself plenty of time. The staff is very courteous and helpful and the overall layout is easy to find your way around.

Parking is absolutely horrid. However, The staff was very nice and that made up for the parking.

I just had to conduct business up on the 13th floor. I was responding to a motion to file bankruptcy, and I am a creditor against the debtor. The debtor's attorney provided me with as little information as possible and as little amount of time as possible to respond so that they could receive a default judgement. I don't know if the young lady who helped me was just having a good day or if this is her usual level of customer service, but Heather was amazing. I came at a good time of day and there was no line, but I did not have all of the forms filled out in the manner in which they should to have been in order to be accepted by the court. She helped me step by step to make sure that I left with everything accomplished that I needed to have accomplished. I didn't have a lot of time to be running around Atlanta trying to figure out how to get my response filed, so I am so grateful to Heather and her high level of customer service. Thank you and good job

You will have to pay for parking in 1 of the lots nearby, or find a parking meter... They do not have public parking
I called them and they emailed me one or you can go online to get one and print it out. Type in googles reaffirmation document forms and print it. Good luck.

If your bankruptcy is within 5-7 years old, you can receive it from the law office where you filed it
No
If you are not a licensed attorney, you must submit all items in writing or physically go to the clerk's officr prior to any required date
Yes call 4042151000 and press option 1 or 2
Visit the Clerk's office at the Court or use Pacer https://pacer.login.uscourts.gov/
Are you the debtor or a creditor? A creditor cannot reopen a case and a debtor has to do so through a lawyer, I believe.
