terrible management. they price gouge and are the hardest to reach management office i’ve ever worked with. carmen aparicio specifically, rude and unhelpful. they want you out, that's why a year lease isn't even an option for current residents. shady business, with practices that don't wouldn't stand up in any state that has actual tenant laws (and they break even the few ones we do have!). whatever bad place you believe in, if you work for/with this company you are going there. edit: i called the corporate office many times before today, but I called again just to see if something spectacular would happen. whoever is responding- do not insult reasonable adults with unnecessary lies. you know as well as i do that "contact number" is nothing but a voicemail graveyard

Woods on Tara is the property. No work orders have been fulfilled but my car was illegally towed from this place so they can make the parking lot look pretty in pictures. Should’ve been completely gutted out or torn down but was band aided here & there with no improvement. I’ve contacted First Communities before but nothing was done. I had my own renters insurance and proof but, was being charged for it anyway with no reimbursement. Mold literally everywhere, fungi was growing in the cabinets, GA power bill is ridiculously high due to very poor insulation, the fake hard wood flooring has peeled, no maintenance to the air filters (air quality poor as well) so there’s dust everywhere & I shouldn’t need my inhaler to the exist in this apt.

Worst place ever to live!!! management is Horrible Ms Jeannette especially This woman came beating on my door like she was the police adout 2 dogs that had nothing to do with me Yelling at me like I was her child I have been living in this community for 10 years and never have been disrespected the way I was with this lady and then at the end of the conversation she said that I had 30 days to move out I ended up closing the door in her face. community is always nasty trash everywhere amenities are never available even before covid and still now It's always some excuse but they want to keep increasing the rent every time it is time to renew your lease maybe this is a blessing and disguise Steer clear of this property landing at pleasantdale

I live in hidden lake apartments. First communities is the new property management company and they might be the worst one we've ever had. I live in a unit and they never came to fix nor replace my stove or fridge and I have been reporting it since august. I tried to move to a bigger unit and they told me everything I wanna hear but then they switched up and said the apartment wouldn't be ready on the expected move in date. It's cool, it happens, no. It happens 3x... they refused to help me and the actual manager X he is the rudest man I've ever let speak to me. He has NO customer service skills. He told me if I was unhappy about the changing move in dates I could leave and go elsewhere. I JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHEN I WOULD BE ABLE TO SEE THE UNIT. my expected move in day is TOMORROW and I have never seen the unit! They play too much and that man James at the front desk is real slick out his his mouth too. I really thought Angel was trying to help me but whatever. I'm moving out and I don't recommended anybody ever live in hidden lake or deal with this company. Extremely rude and unprofessional!

Best thing you could do is record yourself leaving a message, write a letter to corporate & in 30 days if you have no response you have the legal option to pay out of pocket & have the company deduct the cost out of your rent. You just need to prove that you tried to reach out to them & let them know you tried to contact them about the problem. That's the paper trail you created with the recording & letter.. Your receipts is what gets you reimbursed from money spent out of pocket, so make sure you keep them
