This guy frank is a joke! My appointment time is 10am to 1015 am amd i came early but i miss filling up 2 papers then he said i need to re sked. But when i got to my car i fill up the form fast amd went back in 10:12 but stil he doesnt wanna accept me. Its just unbelievable i double check my appointment confirmation and its clearly said 10 to 10:15 lol..deym id like to snap his spine but then i just laugh coz im professional not his level. Its just inbelievable how ppol act like tbey run d place which is there not there just a piece of garbage.

This review is strictly for the employee named Frank. The minute I entered the PO he spoke with an aggressive, unfriendly and unapproachable manner. I had my support dog with me. She always accompanies me everywhere, including the PO. Frank did not inquire about her, just rudely yelled that dogs weren’t allowed. When I tried to explain, he argued that she was not a service dog! His manner was so off putting. He was equally rude to the next customer, another older woman. She also left in disgust. His manner changed only when he saw me take down his name. This man should not be dealing with the public. Put him in the back where his anger, or prejudices, or lack of kindness won’t affect the public. Let me give kudos to the other employees present who were all friendly and helpful.

Post office website stated self service kiosk is open 24/7. When arrived, all doors were locked with no way to access the kiosk. False advertising! You get a great workout though.

It’s worth to take all opportunities to give kudos whenever possible. Today Frank helped me and my wife with a problem we’ve been dealing with for a solid two months. We optioned to get our Mail forwarded from one post office to La Verne’s post office and we’ve been receiving all of our first class mail. Unfortunately, we have not received our packages. We are a big family and we love ordering from Amazon and most family members have monthly subscriptions. So you can imagine how upsetting it has been that our packages are not arriving. Today we walked into this post office and Frank made us feels comfortable from the begging. He not only answered all of our questions, he went above and beyond. He got us all set up with the steps we still needed to complete (something the other post office employees failed to explained to us). Thank you Frank for your great services 👍

When using USPS they have tracking number for you and you may track it every day until it arrives.
Tommy's right it's a change of $50.00 but you are better off paying the 50 instead of the p.o to come and open the box for you.
I would if I could, but strangers are not allowed to check personal mail for others. (You have posted, this, your question, in a public Google Locations inquiry forum. Since you're not "messaging" the USPS directly, the USPS will not see your personal message to them. The people that will see your personal home address as provided, will be the general population that will Google the La Verne USPS.) I hope you get your package soon.
